“Are we there YET?”

“Are we there yet? Are we there yet” 
Those are the words my sons says on the way to Cold Stone Creamery and we are not even on Bell Rd. from Greenway yet. “Almost”, I tell him. “We are almost there”. Those seem to be the same words I am telling my buyers and sellers relating to the Surprise, AZ real estate market.

- mortgage rates are and should remain low

5 drops of online marketing
1/4 pound of networking
Lots of well taken pictures and virtual tours to represent the best assets of your home
NEXT….
1. Prepare home prior to listing with any necessary repairs, paint touch-ups, landscape manicure, and staging to make the home show at it’s best right in the beginning of the listing.
2. Price your home competitely in the beginning, well ahead of the current market value.
3. Mix all the above ingredients along with a sprig of color flyers, a local broker tour, aggressive follow-up on showings and calls, and maybe an open house and some door-to-door neighbor inquiries to search for a potential buyer.
Most of all…. It takes COMMUNICATION (the most important ingredient) and customer service between your agent and yourself to keep you ahead of the Arizona real estate market until your home is sold. Walk away from that stove or oven and not keeping in touch can cause the market to pass you up and your beautiful listing dish will fall flat.

The sky is falling! the sky is falling! That is all I hear from the media these days about the real estate market around the nation. I am not educated enough to say how the housing market will effect our economy, but I am an expert in Surprise, AZ real estate and…THE SKY IS NOT FALLING
- Who is printing this? The media, right.
- Who is reading it? You, the consumer.
- Who wants a story to sell a paper or get ratings? The media.
WHO WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THE 2 TRILLION DOLLARS BACK, THAT WAS FUNNELED AWAY FROM THE STOCK MARKET INTO REAL ESTATE IN 2000, BACK?
